What is the current state of affairs for female IT professionals in Macedonia?

In the past month, we teamed up with it.mk and the Psychology Students’ Association – Psihesko to investigate the current state of affairs for female IT professionals in Macedonia.

The results from the first-ever Women in Tech Research will be revealed at the 2nd edition of SHE. in Skopje, on April 2.

This research will not only illuminate the current state of affairs for female IT professionals in Macedonia, but it will also shed light on the challenges and opportunities women have in IT – such as working conditions, success in getting senior positions, and understanding what it means to be a woman in IT.

About the Psychology Students’ Association – Psihesko:
The qualitative part of the research is conducted by the Psychology Students’ Association – Psihesko and is under the wings of the 5th edition of ‘’Violetuaj-Make it Happen’’ campaign.

About it.mk:
The quantitative part of the research is powered by it.mk is a Macedonian IT web portal which aims to support, promote and educate Macedonia’s IT potential.
